To give you an idea of my expectations from a realtor, I turned down working with three other realtors before working with Young. This company is a complete joke. Not only was our mortgage not done on time it was pushed nearly 6 weeks resulting in 7k in penalties. The 'supervisor' I escalated to not only blame me but also our 'incompetent', 'uneducated' lawyer. The interactions were full of attacks, gaslighting and degradation. called in dec to get a mortgage for end of feb. Assured us they would get back to us..nothing happened until near end of Jan. Then we ended up having 4 different people take the application over, meaning we had to start almost from scratch each time ( one was due to the person handling it quitting) . Then they demanded our 2023 house taxes taxes, which, although we explained that doesn't come out into July, they refused to understand and kept demanding it. with the comment that "everyone else has theirs sent out in Jan" extremely disorganized, lack of communication both within the company and with customers, and total lack of knowledge of how things work outside of possibly Ontario.
