I mean they were nice and understanding as I am wheelchair bound, but I didn't appreciate the fact that I was missing my lamp and mirror! They were not prepared at all for the move.
They brought a small truck for the move which couldn`t fit all my items even though they knew all the item list.
All item list was shared earlier to them and scope of work was discussed but they miserably failed. They had less manpower which also damaged my items. Not worth it.
