We had an issue with our Lennox unit, called and they dispatched a tech out quickly. Alex attended and he was knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. Explained what he did and how he fixed the issue. He recorded the serial numbers for any future warranty work and explained things to do to extend the life of the unit. He was a pleasure to work with. I would use 365 again, from the initial call they were friendly and the tech was very helpful. When Kristian the President arrived to check out what needed to be done, he promised that he would take care of us. He did not over-promise to make the sale and treated the process ethically. He explained he had other clients that were in the decision-making process that would be ahead of me and that might mean he couldn’t get us done on Saturday morning of the August long weekend. The next day he confirmed he couldn’t do our place until Tuesday morning, and he sprung into action. He provided us with ample temp a/c units to cool the house so that it was liveable until the install. On Tuesday, his install professionals – Dillan, Eduardo and Chris – arrived and began the process of removing and setting up the new units. They were thorough, patient (with our dog and our questions) and did an amazing job with replacing the furnace and a/c. They illustrated the many shortcomings from the previous install which lead to its early failure. They spent their time doing the job well and it showed. Our 365 Heating and Cooling experience was amazing. My wife and I will serve as advocates for this company. They are reasonably priced and as mentioned, have great service.
