What do you love most about your job?
Being a Consultant for over 20 years I have worked with many clients and individuals with regards to their businesses, careers and life.
I love my job! I enjoy guiding, coaching, counseling and mentoring people to become the best person they can be while also helping them find their way in the business world.
I believe that as individuals we are all meant to help each other in some way or form. As a Consultant/Coach/Counselor I believe that i can do this in various areas: Business, Career, Leadership, Human Resources/Recruitment and Life!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Over 20 years ago, I worked in the finance industry and started out as recruiter. I loved speaking with not only clients but individuals and guiding them on the best path to start or improve their careers. I would have in-depth conversations with clients, especially small to medium size business owners on how they can strategize and grow their businesses.
From there i created my own business while i was in Business school and helped many start-up companies get off the grown and grow.
Now i have a fantastic career that I love and that I am super proud of. I firmly believe everyone should start a business at some point in their life/career to see if it is for them.
Why should our clients choose you?
I think why clients have choosen me in the past and have stayed loyal clients is because I am honest, I am straight forward and I have a moral compass.
Because I love to help people, it resonates in my work. My role as a Consultant/Coach/Counselor is to help you with your growing pains (whether that be in life or in business). We all have pain in various aspects of our lives and businesses. They key is how we manage and control the issues or as i call them pain points.
I have always been told I have a great personality and I listen. And i think that is the number one trait you need to be a Consultant is to listen.

My services can be done online or remotely. Currently i do a lot of video calls with my clients.
We also interact via email and phone calls and various app to make business and information transition easy. It is whatever makes the client comfortable.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Video calls are the way i have managed to conduct business to keep my clients safe.
Most clients feel secure with this.
