What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a Mom of 3, Survivor, Sober & Strong, Former Corporate Executive, Successful Entrepreneur, Network Marketing Professional, Transformation Coach, #1 Best-Selling Author & Publisher, Animal Lover, Podcaster who finally experiences freedom, happiness, and acceptance.
Even if my business life and personal life were very successful on the outside ten years ago, I was collapsing internally. When I hit rock bottom and ended up in ICU, it was clear I had to change things around.
I decided to live healthier, sober, and more in alignment with my values that got lost in my climb to the top. I reinvented myself, started from scratch, and succeeded, one day at a time.
Now, I teach people how to achieve that better life.

Yes. I provide sessions online, via zoom.
I am open to using other online platforms if it is easier for the client, or doing the sessions by phone. My clients also have access to me via WhatsApp or text between our sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since 2020, all consultations are now being done via Zoom.

Together, you’ll discover what you need to work on first. I will share ideas, unlock new paths, and celebrate your wins. But most importantly, Caroline will hold you accountable for making progress in every area of your life.
Plus, each week the Oola Guys—Dave Braun and Troy Amdahl—will deliver study modules straight to your email inbox that include learning tools, videos and exercises. In between these modules, Caroline will work with you via private sessions (phone or Zoom), to develop the game plan that makes “creating life balance” easier and more manageable.
TRANSFORM: 10 WEEKS OF PRIVATE COACHING
This private coaching program is designed to help you take positive steps toward improving your life, career, relationships, finances and more. Not only will you move forward with a whole new level of focus, you’ll be learning an entirely new way to approach life and create the unique lifestyle you want.
