Our employees are physical specimens & have not been sick the past 5 years & have worked through Covid without so much as a runny nose. Diet & taking responsibility for one's health is deeply rooted in our company values. The weak ones don't make it at Crown, they usually dehydrate on the roofs in July's summer heat wave & are never heard from again.
Window cleaning
We clean the windows with telescopic brushes & dionized filtered water. This is the new industry standard. We can clean exterior windows by hand under certain circumstances to remove sap/paint. Interior windows are all cleaned by squeegee, micro fiber & steel wool. We don't use steel scrapers which may etch & mar glass.

Pressure Washing
Our top of the line 4000 psi pressurewashers will have your concrete, brick or pavers looking like the 1st day the property was built. Turn back the clock & freshen up your home or work place with our next level pressure washing. We can pre-treat concrete or stucco/stonework to remove mineral deposits, efflorescence & tough organic stains that cannot be removed by pressure washing alone, even rust stains! All employees are trained to do a proper rinse of property & plants after power washing!
Roof Cleaning
Have your roof cleaned the Crown Property way! Say good bye to spray chemicals that can damage garden beds or kill trees. We first carefully brush off the moss & clean the gutters & then carefully apply our slow release powder formula to the roof. Our Eco friendly formula will remove all dark mildew stains & moss will break down & rinse off leaving the roof looking new again.
(concrete tile/metal roofs can be safely power washed with customers approval). All employees are trained to do a proper clean up of all debris on your property & neighbors homes.
Last but not least, we offer a 2 to 5 year warranty on all roof work.
Exterior Soft Wash
We can carefully soft wash all exterior siding (especially vinyl) using eco friendly cleaners to lift & dissolve black mildew/ green algae & surface dirt.
No high pressure used on vinyl siding which can damage & warp sections.
Gutter Cleaning
We do it the old fashioned way, by hand, followed up by going over with a leaf blower to get finer particles removed. We will check downspouts & guarantee good water flow. We bucket & deposit gutter waste into green bin or remove from property.
