The owner Alan, responded immediately to my request for an estimate. We arranged to meet the same day. Unlike sevetal others who had given us a quote, Alan made a thorough inspection of our roof.
We needed four layers of shingles removed, three new vents installed, plus the roofs of two sheds replaced. The quote Akan gave us was very competitive.

I am very pleased with the services provided by Alpha Roofing to replace all the shingles on my house. The estimator (Candice) came quickly after my initial phone call. She left quite a few brochures and pamphlets showing me how the process works. She then waited for days for my decision while I obtained 2 more quotes.

We got them four years ago to do our entire roof shingled. Our house is located near a major road and very windy more so when it storms so losing a few tiles after a few years is not a surprise. I am extremely happy with Alpha Roofing. Their customer service was excellent.
I had one concern and instead of just phoning me, Jimy came too my house immediately. Jimy was very patient with me, explaining my concern with pictures.
Also, I asked for an inexpensive two piece eaves trough, Alpha went the extra mile and at no additional cost, installed a one piece eaves. Thank you so much.

I called on the Saturday morning around 11 oclock for an emergency repair caused by the windstorm that I did not notice. They came at 3 and fixed the problem smoothly. Even they told me at the beginning that they might come on the same day or next couple days, depends on the schedule, which I understand; they showed up right on the afternoon. Alpha did our entire roof in 2013 and we were very satisfied with their pricing, quality of work and product. We recommend them to our friends and family. Due to this year wind storm (May 2018), we lost a shingle and unfortunately had some water damage when it started to rain. We call Alpha and they responded right away. An amazing nice job done and CLEAN!! They were recommended by one of my partner who has always used their service. I received 4 quotes before them for replacing my roof, which were all over the GTA ranging from $9000 to $18000 (one even wanted $16000 for scaffolding alone! ). My roof was a bit difficult for some of reasons:- the house is very old - needed removal of 2 layers of old shingles- was already leaking - very steep - flat sections - 3 stories and very close to neighbour- all the original wood has to be change They are not the lowest but is in my budget. super and his team removed the layers of shingle and the wood completed the new roof all in one day. And it was all delivered for the estimated price. It was incredible! After I inspect, not only was the roof terrific, but the surrounding area was completely clean and tidy. Last year I have done my roof with another roofing company. And at the befinning of the year When I had blown shingles, that roofing company just dont pick up the phone any more. My friend had recommand Alpha and they charged 500 to put back those blown shingles. I saw the roofer had done a very neat job, and he even helped me check all the ridges and put in extra nails after done. So I recommend them to my father, as he just need the roof done this year. They came around 8:30 in the morning, and finished before 5 in the afternoon. They took their time to clean up the yard with several magnetic roller and a blower, and also used the blower to clean up the gutter. They had help my father to screw up the nails on gutter, and also thrown away two satelites that did not work anymore. Overall my father was surprised about how organize, fast, and clean they are! I highly recommend this company. They are not "perfect" but their work is very good and their pricing by far is the most competitive. They even stopped by when they were back in the neighborhood the following years and asked me if everything was o.k. They were doing more work in the area so they could address any problem I had for no additional cost when they were in the neighborhood doing the next job since they didn't have any transportation costs to come see me. The only problem I found with them is they were so busy they changed the date of the install a few times. Annoying, but really not the end of the world. They cleaned up as best they could, covered my A/C and Hot tub from falling shingles to protect them when stripping the old shingles off. They also didn't stand with their hand out waiting for immediate final payment. Sandy trusted me to get it a few days later. I'm very skeptical of that first poster. If you are just doing a shingle replacement that is pretty straightforward work. I would look for another issue causing your leak. They worked with me to do half of another roof, which was not completed by another contractor, at a reasonable price as I had the shingles.
