Expensive to bring a family of 5, $15 to get inside the park( comes with a ride)but being a parent..here as a spectator $55 unlimited… rides are old Takes ages to get on and get off . . Ticketing needs to be different set up differently… Won’t be back More...

I love Luna Park there is something for everyone 😍
I was there at a private event still the rides & whole fun atmosphere did not leave any of us disappointed !
I went on the Scenic Railway which I am told is a 109 year old roller-coaster & still working & I screamed & laughed it was so good for me & the view is lovely up there ! Highly reccomend going - fun day out !

Took our children to Luna Park yesterday for their first experience there.
To say we were dissatisfied would be an understatement.
We only went there for the scenic railway. After paying $85 for entry we were then told the scenic railway was closed and under maintenance.
Happy for the maintenance but would have been nice for this to be advertised on the signs out front and also with the cashier.
Wait times for rides are super long and no shade is available.
Young girl working on the child’s ride ‘happy swing’ at 3pm on Sunday 27th February was awfully rude and unprofessional. Was happy to argue with parent waiting in line to the point she screamed at her loudest voice.
This all happened while children as young as 2/3 were present.
Not a great experience
Will never be returning.

Incredibly slow ride processing. Food quality average. Expensive day out. I keep promising I won’t come back but somehow end up here again for a birthday. 20 mins for one cycle of dodgem cars. Complete basket case being operated by kids. Was on a small Ferris Wheel that loads two cabins at a time. 12 cabins. Pregnant lady with daughter on next cabin. They loaded every other one off and our two cabins last. Poor lady. Worst day ever. Kids thought it OK. More...

Rides and food prices are all standard for any amusement park and kids had lots of fun. But what blew me away was that there is no water tap anywhere in the park.
The only way on today’s 35 degree day to supply the kids water was through buying plastic bottles to fill the kids bottle.
From an environmental perspective that’s unacceptable and even your staff was in agreement that it wasn’t okay.
This is something the park needs address urgently. This is the first amusement park/zoo I’ve attended where plastic bottles were still the only option.
Surely in 2022 we understand a tap investment is worth it?
