Every design project is different, so we start by jumping on a call to understand your needs and vision.
Once we have a clear picture, we'll send over a proposal that outlines exactly what you’ll get and what the process will look like.
Once you approve the proposal, we move forward with five key stages.
1. Planning & Concepts: We research and brainstorm ideas that match your vision.
2. Design Begins: We start creating the design based on the agreed concepts.
3. First Draft Submission: We share the first draft with you for feedback.
4. Revisions & Finalization: We make changes and fine-tune the design.
5. Delivery of Files: Once finalised, we send you the files in the formats you need.
Before we begin, we can also provide a Test Design to make sure we’re a good fit and aligned on the direction.

What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Every project is different, but generally, we find that we need the following information to get started:
Project Brief: A clear understanding of what you need, your goals, and any inspiration or references you have in mind.
Brand Guidelines (if applicable): Any specific fonts, colours, logos, or style guidelines you want us to follow.
Target Audience: Knowing who your audience is helps us create designs that speak directly to them.
Budget & Timeline: A sense of your budget and when you need the project completed helps us plan and prioritise accordingly.
Content: Any text, images, or other materials we’ll need for the design (like logos, photos, or product info).
