Had Nat come over today to help my 1-year-old Staffy and 4-year-old Border Collie mix get along, and honestly, she was amazing! She was really thorough and took all the time needed, she explained everything really clearly, and gave tips we could actually use straight away.

Nat does an incredible job of training you the owner, on why …. then how to work for a positive result, which is a huge benefit for your dog. The joy of a peaceful walk and a calm dog with good manners. Nat put such a happy smile on my dog’s face while he was learning how to behave better. So much makes sense when shown with clear explanations and education for you with your dog. Nothing was rushed.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Dog Dialogue! Nat is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and truly in tune with dogs. Her gentle, positive reinforcement methods have made such a difference in Keith's, and my understanding of each other. Nat takes the time to understand each dog's personality and tailors her approach accordingly. I don’t usually write reviews unless I truly mean them, but I had to share my experience with Nat. I found out about her through word of mouth and wasn’t sure what to expect—there are so many self-proclaimed trainers out there, and it’s hard to know who to trust. From our very first session, I was blown away. I thought we might learn one or two things in a couple of hours, but Nat covered so much more. She explained everything clearly and logically, helping us understand how dogs think and behave. Because her training methods were so simple and effective, we were able to practice them easily, and our dog started following instructions right away. I highly recommend Nat from Dog dialogue. I have a high energy working dog breed that I got as a rescue at 7mths, she had lived outside. After a year and many hours training she was great to take out and in many other ways however was still not able to be in the house off lead without becoming destructive and unable to settle. By the time Nat left on our 1st appointment she followed me to the door, no lead and stayed inside for the rest of the day, relaxed like we have never seen her before. We had an amazing experience with Nat during our personal dog training session. Her years of experience truly shine through in how she approaches training, and she made us realize just how much we still had to learn about guiding our pup! Nat is fantastic with dogs—gentle and caring while still being able to establish her presence so the dog listens. Nat is an incredibly gifted dog advocate & trainer. I discovered after our training sessions with Nat for our two highly spirited terriers that it was actually me who needed the most training. I needed to learn how to correctly communicate my directives to my dogs in a language that they understand. Nat’s understanding of (and love for) dogs is second to none! She speaks their language fluently and translates it for those of us who wish we could get to understand our furry companions better. Meeting Nat and getting her amazing support with our tiny Maltese pup was the absolute best thing that could happen to us and our tiny angel.
Nat does for work what she loves the most in her life- helping dogs having better lives - and doggies know it. We love natty! Our fur baby Rumi who is a unique little pup warmed to Nat straight away. We learnt so much about dogs and how they respond to the world around them. The most important lesson: it’s never the dogs fault, it’s the humans that need the training. Patience, love, repetition, re-directional techniques and trusting in the process! Be okay with failing a few times. Dogs learn intrinsic behaviours, don’t get caught up trying to make them understand. We put in lots of love and now thanks to Nats direction we are confident.
