Brilliant form of core strength building exercise. The sessions are hard work but leaves one feeling cleansed and relaxed after the class, especially after a day at work. The instructors are encouraging, thorough and practical in their instruction, supervising each yogi to check that posture and position is correct. Alternate positions are encouraged if one has any physical challenge. It is affordable to go a few times a week and the best thing I have discovered since pilates. More...
