What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been in an executive role in corporate management for 18+ years. During this time I was responsible for staff management and development, career development, mentoring, and coaching. These included local and global teams.
I love to see individuals grow and reach their potential so that they can be empowered through responsibility. In 2019 I decided to start my own business so that I can focus on performance and executive coaching.
