The love for fitness and helping others achieve goals is really the foundation of why we do what we do.

We plan workouts and meal guidelines that are fully tailored to the client, we consider every aspect of your lifestyle when mapping out our clients plans.

We do not provide online or remote services by offer as yet but special arrangements can be made with your trainer.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are in the process of developing an online platform for virtual training sessions. With regards to our mobile training our trainers disinfect equipment before and after every use, while also keeping face masks on throughout the client session. Clients are also encouraged to not share equipment that can accumulate sweat (eg.yoga mats)
One on one training
Mobile (at your place) or at our facility, your session is private and personalised to your specific goals, with no distractions we will be able to focus on your specific needs. Price per session not lower than R300. We do not train clients in any commercial gyms our services are strictly private.
Two on one training
Have a buddy you would like to embark a fitness journey with? We got that covered! Mobile or at our facility.
Group training
Have a family or group of friends who share the same goal of getting fit? Contact us to find out how! Mobile or at our facility.
Private Facility
We do private sessions at our facility by bookings only. Price per session not lower than R300.

Our trainers are not authorised to train any clients in any commercial gyms. Our services are strictly private (mobile or our facility)
