I have worked with 4levels solutions before, so I cannot draw a comparison because Upkip Solutions offers services that are totally different with 4levels solutions but here is what I think.
I get to work with a set of people who always make me realize that I know very little. When I joined Upkip Solutions, I suffered from good understanding of Upkip Solutions structures. I am always out of my comfort zone here.
I always know I can improve. It helps me grow and learn faster as I am used to do always.
The degree of freedom I have regarding what I want to work on is spectacular and I am working online from home. Changing project and team is relatively easier here.
