What an absolute pleasure it was purchasing from Ucan / Ucandoit. I called in for information on an item and was assisted immediately. I made my purchase and was extremely surprised when after receiving an email advising me my purchase would be delivered in 2 - 3 days I RECEIVED IT THAT VERY SAME DAY. These guys are excellent, from the help you receive when calling in to the updates on your order and then the speedy delivery WOW how nice to know your order is in such capable hands. If I could give you 10 stars I would. I recommend this company to everyone. Keep up the great work, it's nice to know there are companies out there who actually care about their clients. Unfortunately what started as a great experience turned into a bad one. I was informed I would not receive certain items and I'd get refunded, which I did. Then my parcel arrived and I never received a few more items that I was told I was going to get, I was asked to take pictures as proof of what I have received and that I mark them line for on the invoice, I did just that and still items that I said I never received was proven as such. To this I'm still asking for a refund for the items not received, a lady called who in the beginning was so nice and now has become rude, each mail I send asking for my refund of nearly R400. 00 is ignored. Such a great experience with them, we dealt with Nombuso and she was so accommodating and helpful. Really pleased with the efforts they have gone through to help us, and sitting down and helping us pick colours and styles - would definitely recommend going to their offices if you are feeling undecided or unsure, it was a great experience!
