I went through a bit of a journey finding a hypnotherapist so when I did finally get into contact with Liezel I was excited but also fearful because I didn’t fully understand the journey I was about to embark on. After just 4 sessions (although I felt a shift in myself after 2 sessions) I realized that hypno doesn’t work if you don’t work and engage with it. I had to forget all the things I thought I knew about myself and that allowed me to learn even more. The changes are subtle yet powerful and you truly gain a new perspective if you surrender to the process. Liezel is great to work with and her voice is calming so it is easy to relax while having sessions with her. She doesn’t use any complicated methods and she also shares parts of herself in the sessions. In all honesty, the entire process is not a walk in the park because she asks a lot of questions that you might not have thought to ask yourself before. But it’s worth it. I would really recommend her services especially if you want to gain a deeper understanding of self. More...
