Excellent place to stay. The apartments have got spacious room space. Security is tight, and is constantly patrolling around the complex to ensure safety of residents and that noise levels around the complex are at a controllable level.

Beautiful, safe, secured complex.. lodged at an Airbnb there called Quintessential Getaway.. absolutely fantastic experience, with gym and swimming pool..

The Good: -Good control access and patrol, safety is guaranteed. -Affordable rental (not too pricey) as the area is nice. - Close to all amenities . - Beautiful space inside, size of apartment just right and the finishes are okay. The bad: -Cheap bath tubs, shower (All plastic) and stoves not of qualified nor maintained. - Uncontrolled noise level (especially cars) it is like an adult res. I suspect that these adults never got attention as children and this is something that the security is lacking to control. - Not family friendly, if you have kids you will have a hard time because they will be inside the 24/7 the park is too tiny and no area where they ride bikes etc. The drivers inside drive like maniacs so their safety is at risk. - If you love peace and quiet, this is not for you. Basically short term stays will work and not long term. EDIT: From 3 to 2 stars Initially I thought there’s good security until an ACTUAL EVENT TOOK PLACE: The security is for decoration and not for residents. Zero accountability and instead blaming the residents. An incident happened at the West End Complex were the perpetrator lifted wipers of cars in 2 blocks RIGHT NEXT TO THE SECURITY GATE but there is no evidence or report back, and after following up numerous times the Manager believes that as a resident I am fabricating that my wiper was damaged and I must prove that before this event it was in good condition, because should have taken a photo a day before as I am fortune teller of what was to happen in my car the following day! I have zero trust in this company, I really had a high regard for them but after this, they are just for show and not to serve the people. There is this one problem with ground floors. The bottom of the walls form mould and get flaky, almost like something wants to burst off of from the wall.
