How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I speak to clients to get an idea of the function and base the menu on a specific theme or ingredient.

I love seeing happy customers that enjoy my food. I enjoy creating eating experiences.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love creating a unique eating experience. I am also trained with the International Hotel School so I have a culinary education.

Yes I do offer a personal chef service. This service involves working out the food and wine pairing and using your cooking and kitchen facilities to create the meal.
