We have a variety of signature dishes and drinks. It would be wrong to choose just one out of our myriad of offerings.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
It starts with consultation and the interpretation before we can recommend a method of attack, we have a few trigger questions that set us up for extracting the relevant information from a client.
What do you love most about your job?
Being interesting enough to make people listen and then creativity plus customer interaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A love for people, alcohol and food. Hospitality was also on display at our home.

Yes, we can do all the back admin for your event in any city in South Africa. You can just wait for the deliveries to arrive and for the crew to begin setting up.
