Sadly very disappointed in what we received!
First of all, there was a beverage missing. The delivery guy did not bother to come back and tell me that he couldn’t find it.
The bags that the food was sent in could not handle the weight and oiliness of the food & drinks. The food containers were messy, oily and leaking.
The team all said that the food was too salty.
Also, quite honestly, I really don’t know how you can charge R108 for the little pie and a few pieces of potato that I received, either. Furthermore these were supposed to be separate items but were packaged as one.

I will definitely investigate your comments below - the 4 meals you ordered were also sent to several additional customers yesterday and we received nothing but compliments. We have never received a complaint about the robustness of our paper bags, generally clients prefer paper bags as they are environmentally friendly as opposed to plastic bags. We quoted you on the vegan pie and wages - which was accepted, there was no instruction to have it separate, your request was a vegan meal and a side of "chips / fries / wedges". As a gesture we will offer you 20% off your next order. Thank you for your feedback.
