What do you love most about your job?
I love working with professionals so that they can become the best version of themselves.
I love being part of the transition, seeing a client move from where they are to where they would like to be in the future.
I am fascinated by people and their career journeys and how their career influences other parts of their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a registered town planner, lecturer and career and life coach.
I've climbed the career ladder, I felt stuck and bored at some stages and I've created a new career for myself which aligns with my values, lifestyle and passion. It's been a bumpy and exciting journey:)
And so I started The Coaching Lab to be of service to professionals to create a career and life that they love.
