Precious has mulberry my trainer a little over a month and the amount of progress I've made with her is amazing. In a short period of I've been seeing really positive results with her. Outside of our training sessions she's super supportive and helps to plan workouts when she's not there, bring equipment that I can use personally and just overall her encouragement is what shines the most. First things first; we start by establishing the sacrifices that need to be made in order to reach the goal, bearing in mind that it is all possible, the main ingredient being discipline and commitment.

Understanding one`s body type and paying attention to eating habits and how those are potentially causing problems. Thereafter paying close attention to how the body changes in response to a given diet and also figure out the state of one`s metabolism.

I always encourage my clients to accept healthy eating and regular exercise as a lifestyle. there is no arriving, you keep going, with a healthy determination, knowing full well that this is a new habit that has been adopted until the end of days.

I studied fitness purely out of frustration and I figured that if I could study the ins and outs of the fitness world then perhaps I could then see the physical change that I was seeking so dearly. Having seen my own transformation and fitness journey, I then embarked on a journey of showing people that they too can do it.

I am relatable in many ways, the same obstacles that they face, I too had to face once upon a time and I am committed to showing them that it is just as possible for them as it was for me. Furthermore, I have trained various clients with different needs and saw all of them through their limitations and they continue to thrive to this day in their fitness routines.
