I’m a registered member of the Council for Counselors South Africa (C4CSA), and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Social Science (majoring in Psychology and Counselling) as well as a Diploma in Counselling & Communication, both from the South African School of Applied Psychology (SACAP). As an experienced Coach and Psycho-Social Therapist, I use an integrative approach towards the coaching and counseling processes to guide clients towards attaining the clarity, courage, and self - confidence to achieve higher levels of productivity and fulfilment in both their professional and personal lives.
My ultimate purpose is to help individuals transform from limiting beliefs and self-doubt emanating from workplace or personal experiences, towards a deeper, more powerful knowledge of how much they – and what they envision for themselves truly matters. I am inspired and motivated by clients reaching a state of holistic and complete physical, psychological, and social well-being. With my experience in working with individuals from a diverse range of social and professional back grounds, I help clients achieve the deep, lasting transformation they need to flourish, and empower them to affect personal change at a deeper and more lasting level and enable them to live their best lives.
I approach my work through the eyes and context of the client’s world, allowing them to move towards real change through a clear understanding of their goals, and by aligning their intentions with their core values. Through my coaching and facilitating work, I consistently aim to bring out the very best in my clients. In addition to my Counselling and Coaching experience, I have worked with abused children, parents of children with disabilities, as well as tertiary level students
