Let me start by saying that I had no problem with the service the staff were friendly esp. Annie, however I must say that my hairdresser must have been having an off day as the picture I showed her and the hair cut I actually walked out with were not even in the same wave length . For that reason I would not recommend Nova, if u were looking for a trim then ya they would be great if you are willing to pay over R200 for a trim but for an actual hairstyle you may be as disappointed I am.
