I am super passionate about helping people manage their chronic diseases and assisting them with weight loss. I believe in balance, without restricting any of your favourite foods or making you feel like you are on a diet the whole time. For me, this is about assisting people in making healthy, sustainable lifestyle changes, rather than putting them on quick fix diets.

Services

60 minutes.
Because nutrition is not 'one-size-fits-all', an eating plan needs to be tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. In this session we will go through your current lifestyle, habits, medical history, eating environment and diet history. A body composition analysis and all circumference measurements will also be done if it is an in-person consultation

40 minutes.
This session will  be booked within 5 days of your initial consultation. Here, we will talk through your individualized eating plan, make any immediate changes and a grocery list and relevant education sheets will be provided.

30 minutes.
Accountability is the glue that sticks commitment to results. In these sessions we will talk through any challenges that have come up and do body composition and measurements. From this, any relevant changes will be made to your eating plan.The frequency of follow-ups is dependent on you.

30 minutes.
The Vitality Nutrition consultation will get you 1000 points. Nutrition goals will be set and health education will be given in this 30 minute session. A body composition analysis will also be included. These can be done annually.
