What do you love most about your job?
From a very young age, I always enjoyed helping people. Nothing gives me greater joy and satisfaction than to help someone, and to see them succeed in life. I love it when I see someone happy when they reach their goals and their hard work gets rewarded in any way or form. I love it when someone experiences that 'aha' moment in a coaching session and it is then that I know their life will change for the better!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My first introduction as an entrepreneur was when I attended the Police College in 1991. I sold bar one chocolates and cigarettes out of my locker to fund my first car's deposit. I have enrolled in various job opportunities, but the final straw for me was when I was retrenched 3 years in a row while working in the mining industry. That is when I decided that working for someone else is not for me and I ventured out on my own entrepreneurial journey since then.
Why should our clients choose you?
This is a great and valid question. It is important that first your clients need to feel comfortable and at peace with me as their possible business coach. I not only have the paper qualifications, but I also have extensive business and success experience in the service industry, hotel industry, mining industry, personal care industry, fitness industry, and public speaking, published my entrepreneur book, co-authored two other published books.
Due to my track records and various qualifications I can wear the business coach hat, councilor hat, mentor hat, and consultant hat. My company logo is Your Results Are Our Success and that is what I stand and aim for: Success with Results!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
The beauty and benefit of business coaching is that it can be done both in person and remotely. There is a different energy and dynamic that occurs when a coaching session is in person aka face-to-face than online or remotely. I understand that certain people would love to have a coaching session, but that distance en economic challenges can prohibit them from a physical coaching session. This is where online or remote coaching is beneficial.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During the Covid-19 pandemic, I only did online or remote sessions with my clients. Thus creating a safe and secure environment for all.
Business and Executive Coaching
Business Coaching and Executive Coaching is not therapy, consulting, or counseling per se. But it can be all-inclusive.
With my Business Coaching, I first will use a proven results-driven methodology called D.I.T.A.R (Diagnose, Identify, Test, Apply, and Review) together so we can identify where the obstacles and limitations in your business are. Then I will use our proven framework B.O.P to identify who is responsible for these obstacles and limitations. Is it Business related per se, Who are the other people that is involved or is it merely a personal issue that needs to be dealt with?
Then we can devise a specific goal-oriented outcome-based coaching and strategy plan.
Life Coaching and Counseling
My aim and goal is to help you my client, to overcome your obstacles and limitations so that you can achieve your desired results and outcomes in the fastest way possible.
I use a proven results-driven methodology (D.I.T.A.R) and framework called B.O.P to save you time and money so that you can achieve those 'a-ha' moments that will lead to everlasting change and results.
I have various coaching packages that you can choose from as I understand that each client's budget and circumstances vary depending on when and what they want to achieve.
