Providing a service that only about cleaning but making a difference in the homes and properties of clients. Serving poeple is what we love the most about Spectoclean.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw an opportunity to make a difference in people's lives and I found it in cleaning. Is the most rewarding job one can do when you have a heart for serving poeple.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My cleaning teams does not travel to and from clients via public transportation. I know each one of our cleaners personally and where they live. I check temperatures and monitor my cleaners for any signs related to covid 19
Airbnb / Guesthouse Cleaning & Facility Management
We focus not only on the cleaning but also providing a service that is specifically designed to accommodate not only local guests but also international guest. Linen and household inventory management is what we focus on. Guest check in and check out, replenishing and purchasing of basic grocery items, basic maintenance of property, ect.
Commercial Cleaning
Regular / Deep cleaning with eco-friendly products which are EN1276 certified - which test for 4 bacteria compared to SA standards. Our product has been tested again in SA by a private Lab. We avoid cross contamination with color coded brush-ware and janitorial. Our well-trained staff members are supervised by an experienced dedicated site manager.
Our staff is trained in customer service (friendly approach to customers) and all health and safety aspects.
Upholstery and Carpet Cleaning
Carpet shampoo cleaning, odour removal, spot removal, mold removal, pet hair removal. We also include cleaning of the window(S), skirtings, light fittings, and doors of the carpeted area(s) where the carpet cleaning needs to be done at no additional cost. Our aim is to provide our client with clean and fresh carpet cleaning experience.
Domestic Cleaning
General Cleaning, Bathroom disinfection, Oven cleaning, Dishes, Cupboard cleaning in kitchen and bedroom areas, laundry folding, bins removal, Fridge cleaning,)
Once-off service - @ 4 hours minimum from R475 + VAT (For all areas of 150 square meters or smaller eg: 1-2 bedroom apartment/homes, studio apartment, flatlets
Regular monthly cleaning - 1 times p/w @ 4 hours p/d from R 1 275.00 + VAT p/m.
2 times p/w @ 4 hours p/d from R 1 725.00 + VAT per month.

Deep / Regular Cleaning
All areas including kithchen / bathroom (EN1276 Certification held by Solucare for our products). Colour-coded Brushware are used in accordance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, avoiding cross-contamination through unwanted constituents from one particular area to another. We focus on sanitised cleaning and commit our cleaning methods according covid 19 health and safety regulations.

Everyday Domestic Cleaning
We provide Permanent Domestic cleaners for clients that requires regular cleaning 2-5 days p/w. Cleaners are allocated and specifically chosen to meet the very needs and personality of the client and their home.
Move in / out residential & office cleaning
We clean empty / vacant properties.
Construction cleaning
Cleaning of properties that's been renovated or newly constructed.
Window and Blinds cleaning
We do all Window cleaning that is within our reach or capacity. Window and Blinds cleaning is usually included in our regular and once off cleaning offers but we also offer this service if it's the only requirement.
