Phoned in with an emergency- vehicle was here within 2minutes! Lydia from the control room is fantastic! stayed on the phone with me the whole time and made sure my children and I are 100% okay! I had a recent incident, I am not a customer of theirs but still, without hesitation, they jumped in and went out of their way to resolve the issue. They were professional, polite and communicated to me throughout until they resolved the issue themselves.
