During this COVID-19 crisis, personnel are not only expected to continue their usual levels of service to the public, but are also expected to assist in community and government efforts combating the virus.
Step 1. All staff members should wear a mask; The symptoms of the person not wearing a mask, may include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Employers are to focus on individuals showing these symptoms.
Step 2. Issue the person with a mask; Try to maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from particularly those exhibiting the above symptoms. Practice proper hand hygiene and do NOT touch your face with unwashed hands. Follow the plan for exposure control.
Step 3. Take the temperature of the person with the digital thermometer; If the reading is 38 or higher, notify the COVID hotline at 0800 029 9999
Remember, keep records of who you are coming in contact with and watch for signs of exposure. Keep
your distance. Follow common sense hygiene protocols. Don't hesitate to ask call us for assistance if
you think you need it. You are a key component in combating this virus and keeping your community
safe, so stay safe and stay healthy. During Sanitation and decontamination, we require:
-The area to be sanitized, to be evacuated so that there is no influence on the sterilization process.
-The air conditioning system to be turned off, so the fog is not extracted out of the building.
-The fire system to be disabled, as it is a hot fog this may influence the system.
-The building to stay evacuated for 1-2 hours after our team has left the building, so the fog has a
chance to settle and disinfect the spaces properly.
-Once the service has been performed we will issue you with a certificate that I will email through to
you.
