I first met Sidney while he was working on the floor at Virgin Active Claremont and studying to be a fitness trainer . The minute he qualified I signed up with him, and have never left (18 plus years).

The reasons for this? (No its not because I dont like change!)
Sidney has through the years been very consistant in growing himself personally, and professionally into a highly skilled coach and nutritionalist. His knowledge of the body is simply awesome! He has also evolved into being an inspiring leader of his Smash-It coaching programme (it really does work!).

For me though the most important reason why I am still with Sidney is because he has taken the time to investigate, understand and work with what I have needed through my different aging stages. Whether it was around menopause, a different tempo of excercise, neck/back aches, a damaged knee from a bad fall, post Covid issues- he was there meeting that need with backed-up knowledge.

I recently tapped into his nutrition expertise by joining his lifestyle program and within a few months I lost almost 10 kgs of 'middle-age spread'. It was not just a diet, it was an education as to how my body reacts to different food types etc. I now feel vibrant, in charge of my aging process and able to energetically embrace my 65 years of age!

My wife and I have been with Sid since the end of 2020. Following Sids coaching we lost a combined 40kg's plus. On my own I lost about 20kg's.
But besides that, the best part is that because Sid focuses on building healthy habits. Its probably more a life style change. We both went from eating really badly to not even wanting to go back to that life. That weight ain't ever coming back.

Smash it is the top tier journey...i used the word journey not just an experience cause that what it is..i seen so many fitness coaches and so many programmes with the mentality. ."just do this" but not the "why you doing this mentality....most programmes offer the just do this approach and all or nothing..which starts off very good but alot of us will fall of the wagon...with smash it...takes you..from the why you need to do this...from sleep to hydrartion etc...smash it is not just a health programe...it makes this all about you...with sidney cameron bringing the life coach aspect...i never been on a programme before when the main components that influences all the other aspects is My mental state so this is the driving force...keep it up team smash it...you guys are goin to greater heights More...

By putting your bones in the right places and increasing the stimulus as required so that we never encounter boredom. This way you are always kept in the flow between challenge and cruising.

Our weight loss clients on average lose between 500-800g per week.

Starting with a full body assessment to
understand how you move and what you're made.

After that the customised exercise plan is focus on getting you fit, strong, and lean.

These 45min sessions are focused on teaching you excellent form, control, and execution.

After completing the beginners plan your body
would have adapted quite quickly, therefore, in our level up program we need to offer you more stimulus.

In this training program we offer Move,
Strength, HIIT, and Stretch & Flow/Pilates. The
session duration average is 35mins at an intensity of 7/10.

Adding a Walk/Jog Plan twice per week at a speed that is equivalent to you being late for a bus or train for 25mins as a
supplementary activity is advisable.
