Yes we can. All services are cloud based. Our telecommunications server is 3CX and based in a secure data center. WiFi management tool is also cloud based allowing the customer full access to manage there own internet devices. Home automation products also managed from the cloud. Technology is able to make customer engagement easier and faster as long as it is managed correctly.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Always wear a mask and make sure our customers are comfortable to let us into their homes or business.
