Simon was a brilliant personal trainer during our two month stay in Cape Town. My baby was 2,5 months when I started and Simon planned the classes to suit my fitness levels at that stage and it improved so much.
He incorporated boxing exercises during the classes as I used to enjoy it prior pregnancy. My fitness levels improved massively, and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without his coaching. My husband would occasionally train with me and he also felt much stronger after the sessions.
Simon always wore a mask during sessions and was very attentive to Covid measures.

Simon has been training me from 2019. After his initial assessment he proposed a work out plan that would suit my needs.
As a newbie he's focus has been to improve my form and build up strength and overall fitness. During the lockdown period he's assisted in keeping a regular training program remotely. He's been encouraging me to stay active and to keep up the fitness lifestyle. Due to his motivation I've done my first half marathon this year. We've continued training since the gyms has been opened and he made sure that I get back to a satisfactory fitness level.
As a trainer the first thing I appreciate is that he is attentive and always alert about the session. He's very accommodating but firm to keep me motivated. He's aware of any injuries and adapts the sessions accordingly.
I've seen great improvements to my overall health and fitness level. This was my requirements and goals from our first session. I know that if that change, Simon will be able to fulfill those new goals.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I first discuss what their fitness goals are, one size does not fit all. I need to hear and understand what my clients would like to achieve, once I have done this I can add my expertise and experience to achieve their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work, discipline and honesty. You need to be work hard, but it is pointless working hard without being disciplined in some aspects. Honesty is a very important part of a relationship that I build with my clients. Be honest about the days that you don't train or eat well, it will set you up better in the long run to achieve sustainable success.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the people I meet and seeing them change over time. Not just physically but also mentally. It is a pleasure to watch, while also being a positive influence on peoples lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a huge passion for sport and once I realised that I couldn't play sport professionally, I wanted to give back and see people achieve their goals, whether those goals were big or small.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I am aim to build a relationship with my clients. I want to empower my clients when I train them, I want them to learn as much as possible from me which they can take into their lives and influence others.

Yes, my services can be provided via zoom or any other video call service. Although in person training is preferable where possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I take all the necessary precautions, including wearing a mask at all times, sanitising of equipment. While I also keep the open communication with clients shall either of us not feel well then we shall postpone training.
1 on 1 Personal Training
This is a 1 on 1 session between myself and the client.
Group/Couple Training
This is training in small groups or a couple.
Small group training can be more cost effective for each individual.
Online Training
This is training that takes place via zoom or any video call equivalent.
Fitness Program
This is a program tailor made to your needs and dependent on what equipment you have available. It does done via an app which has videos explaining each exercise/workout for you to follow.
