Horrible, horrible, horrible experience! My poor aunt was given a terribly dirty house and Tania White (the agent) did not even have the decency to apologize! Instead she claims the property was cleaned! I will be uploading ALL the pictures and videos and I hope the owners recognize their property and sees how this company and their staff represent it. Both Tania White and her manager Micheal bauer have been ignoring calls and texts. THIS IS NOT OKAY!!!!! DEAD FLIES, ROCKS, ROACHES AND GARBAGE SLIME FOR WINDOWS!!! But in her opinion this property is clean???? Also- not to mention the service. The delay, the wrong address, the late coming. Absolutely horrendous! being zn owner of a property administered by Sa property has just been a bad experience for me and I wish I read hello Peter before purchasing a property, their staff particularly stellah was rude to my partner and I and instead of helping you or understanding you, they ask " what must we do" I have been trying to speak Marion who is supposed to be in management, however after trying to call her he whole day , reception says they have given her my message but she doesn't return my call, I there after truee calling their branch manager who I was told is Heidi, she hung up on me I sent her a sms and she doesn't respond. when asked for the details of higher management all they do is ignore you and you have to tolerate their staff being rude to you and treating you as if they own your property instead of render a service , for such a well known property company I thought I was safe purchasing a property through them as I thought that their matters and they have standards to live up to but I was extremely wrong. when looking at their reviews , they respond to compliments but never willing to assist when someone is unhappy , they rather ignore you. I would like to highly recommend Nelio Mendes for his outstanding service. He was recommended by our neighbour and it was the best decision we’ve ever made. He is professional, friendly and puts your mind at ease with his beautiful nature. He managed to get our house sold is less than 4 days and literally removed the stress from our shoulders. He’s an agent that looks after his clients both from the seller and buyers point of view which is very rare. As we moved overseas, he also went over and beyond - helping us with a couple of issues that crept up after we moved out which he didn’t have to do, but he did with efficiency and professionalism.
