worst service ever! waited 30 minutes for anyone to take our order. waited 1 hour for 5 drinks. we ordered 3 pizzas and after 2 and 1/2 hours, still nothing. patrons arriving long after us, had food and drinks. a random waiter spilled beer all over my husband without as little as an apology or offering serviettes.when we wanted to pay for our drinks we had to wait as they could not access our account because there was no waiter. had such high expectations. when our drinks were finished, we were not offered refills. we asked twice about our order. very disapointed More...

Ridiculous service. Went for drink with some friends and had to wait for waiter and eventually go and call for one. Drinks arrival time was okay. we decided to order some sushi to snack on...once again having a struggle to get waiter to come take our order. I ordered california rolls 8 x veg and 4 x salmon. when it ... eventually. arrived there were 12 veg rolls as per a special. but no salmon rolls, I asked the waiter where my salmon rolls are and was rudely answered that what I got was what I had ordered. The lodge is absolutely wonderful!!! The service at the restaurant was absolutely dreadful!!!! I decided to take some of my staff there for drinks this afternoon…. What a Disgrace!!!!! We got up twice asking for menus or any type of service…. Eventually we got a waitress that was less interested in her job than her customers. Yet again we got up to ask for another round of drinks and some tobasco sauce (as one of my guests had a bloody mary) no pepper, Worcestershire sauce, or tobasco offered…. Then we decided to place a food order…. The first plate of Sushi was delivered in about 20 minutes (which is acceptable for a restaurant that was mildly busy)…. We told the waitress that we are going to move to another table as the wind was terrible, and waited, waited, and waited some more for her to show up….. nothing happend…. We ended up getting drinks at the bar, as pur waitress was a “no-show”. We asked for someone to assist us as we would like to place a food order for the table and eventually someone took our order…. 57 minutes (yes i timed it) later, nothing. We complained again, and finally our food turned out…. Well the half of the order…. The rude as hell “chef” told us thats what we ordered and thats what we’ve got! What the actual F@#%????????? We paid our bill and left, NEVER to return again, and will never recommend the restaurant!!!! Thats the worst service ever!!!!! P.s. your waiting/bar Staff can learn something from the people in your reception area who is always polite and professional. Keep this up and you wont have any more customers!!!!!!!! More...

There is so much to love about SantosExpress Train Lodge. I personally have a soft spot for the establishment because 5 years ago I got married there. The staff is always friendly and the food delicious. I made a life long friend Debbie, she is very professional yet friendly.
