Royalpaving and artificial grass

Enquired about the grass on Sunday and had it fully installed on Thursday in one day. Great service and overall very happy!

After months of being lied too, call after call appointment after appointment as a no show and getting the run around from Wellington who manages the Jhb Royal Paving branch, I took to social media to get ppl aware of the horrific service received from Royal Paving in Jhb. Washington who manages the business in Cape Town, contacted me after seeing the post. Apologetic for Wellingtons conduct in the way the matter was handled assured me he would do his utmost whilst in CPT to try & resolve, which to his credit, Washington did, which I am grateful for. My driveway was a complete mess with the turf peeling, sink holes appearing due to not compacting and no cementing done, leading to almost every paving block cracked and in pieces. Again Washington was stellar in trying to get the Jhb branch to fix the mess and complete stuff up, which I was unable to get any response from Wellington on however Washington being based in CPT, there is only so much he could do. Wellington from the Jhb Royal Paving branch was doing the usual dodging and lying tactics with no forthcoming communication ever. What was supposed to be fixed over 2 days took another 6 days, again due to Wellingtons complete disregard, lies and lack of any respect for people’s time or business given. I would highly recommend Washington from Royal Paving in CPT who I haven’t even met but had to deal with the mess Wellington from Jhb Royal Paving continued to create. My driveway is now restored as once the product is completed it looks amazing and really adds value to the property, I just hope this time around it lasts and I don’t have to deal with Wellington anytime again. We contracted royal paving 4 months ago to lay down paving infront of my house. He started immediately and it took him just little over a week. 3 months later we noticed the pavers were defective and started breaking . Washington assessed the damage and came to a solution to replace all the pavers. He gave us a week, and within that week he came out, brought his team and replaced the paving. We are now extremely happy with the end result and would definitely recommend Royal paving as they stood to their word and warranty. More...

Professional, knows times, keeps to his word ALWAYS and most Humble guy I have dealt with. Team respects your place and follows instructions to the point...I recommend him and his team any day.
