It's not a job - its what I love doing - working to help people overcome physical restrictions caused by lack of mobility, flexibility and pain.

I am passionate about what I do and truly believe in the methods I use to help clients move more freely.

I can do Gyrokinesis training remotely. Rolfing sessions require physical, hands-on body work. Gyroktonic training is done on specialised equipment in my studio.

I follow the recommended protocols as recommended by the health authorities.

Services

Rolfing sessions as well as Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis training releases stress, tension, pain in the spine, shoulders, hips, knees, etc. Functional movement is restored and the person has more mobility and flexibily to move without the pain.

Rolfing is a series of hands-on body work which realigns the body in gravity by releasing the stresses and strains that hold us in our current position, thus allowing the body to return to a balanced posture
