What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to make the client feel that they have the freedom of chosing where and how they want the work done..
I also love that I always met new people and see how people want different things to do the same type of job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being apart of a corporate business environment I saw that the clients needs didn't really matter and that the companies just did what they wanted as they had set ways of doing things. I wanted to allow the client to have a voice so that they feel more secure in the choice.
Why should our clients choose you?
RMG is a small business and this allows us to build relationships with our clients. This offers the client to be able to voice their opinion and give us their thoughts of the type of systems they are wanting.

I only offer remote device health management for HikVision equipment. This allows me to make sure that the clients systems are still operating.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We limit contact with our customers as best we can.
We also clean all equipment that is installed on site before we leave.
CCTV
We specialise in HikVision camera systems.
We have 2 types of camera systems
Analog systems and IP systems.
Analog is for the consumer that does want to spend alot of money but wants to be able to see what is happening around the property.
IP is for the consumer that wants to be able to view certain things (e.g. license plates, face recogintion)
Alarm
We specialise with Paradox Alarms and HikVision Alarms.
Paradox allows you to choose between a wired system and wireless system.
HikVision only allows for wireless but the benefit of that is that it is completely wireless and can intergrate with the HikVision camera systems.
Networking
The networking that we do is generally to offer the consumer a better WiFi coverage around the house by installing WiFi access points.
Access Control
Access Control is a must have in the time we are living in.
From having an Intercom that can ring to your phone to having access codes in those restricted areas.
