We had a lovely fun filled day at Reed Valley starting with delicious food (mussels were the best, Michelle is a talented chef) in a gorgeous scenic setting, wine tasting was a highlight (Michael was so knowledgeable and made our evening so enjoyable! ) and then we were lucky enough to watch Lee Cole live in concert (what an amazing show!). worst service ever. walked in through reception, tasting room, deli indoors and outdoors area. no one to receive or seat us anywhere. we found a small table indoors. I went to indoor bar area to order coffees. waitress very rude and offish. told me that we cannot order coffee if we are seated outside. i said that we are seated indoors. She asked who is our waiter and I said we walked through on our own. she said we cannot sit indoors without reservations. however no one assisted us at any stage to say the deli is full. i recommend that you rather visit Jakkalsvlei which is professional, have a fantastic menu, great wines and perfect amibiance.
