What do you love most about your job?
Hiring an architect is not just about having a drawing made and a building built, it is about hiring someone to tailor-make an environment that perfectly suits your personal, family, or company identity. Creating something that stands as a symbol of who you are and what you value. That's what we love to do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Architectural firms are only as good as the architects within them. We have put together a brilliant team of talented young designers who we believe to have a truly unique approach to the sphere of architectural design. It takes a unique company to give such designers a voice. Thus we created one.

We believe deeply in the collaborative process of architectural design and building. We are unique in that we make sure that our clients are fully involved in every stage of the process whilst taking the burden of difficult industry interactions and complex budgetary oversight off of their shoulders. On top of this, we apply the latest ideas in sustainability and design thinking to all of our projects and pride ourselves on our ability to give our clients beautiful contemporary spaces.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We have the capacity to provide all of our design services remotely and handle all documentation and submission stages without physical contact. However, as is an industry prerequisite, we are required to visit the site both prior to and during construction.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have ensured that we can conduct most of our services remotely at the request of the client. We have also have adopted social distancing regulations as well as heightened hygiene protocols in our practice. The aforementioned includes mask-wearing at all one-to-one client engagements and site visits.
Architectural Design
Taking your brief and turning it into a fully realized design. This process takes up the majority of time on any major build as it is vital that you as the client are part of the process at every stage, which we further breakdown in our project-specific quotations.
Council Submissions and Documentation
We handle all liaising with Council, from the sourcing of historic plans and other site and survey information prior to the commencement of the project, to the submission of the necessary (municipality specific) documentation and technical drawings.
Contractor and Subcontractor Liaising and Sourcing
Perhaps the most stressful part of any build is finding and dealing with the appropriate contractors and other building specialists. We ensure that this process is made far less taxing by handling the costing out of the building ourselves through the sourcing of a minimum of three different quotations from NHBRC registered contractors. we also ensure that the best skilled and most appropriate subcontractors (aluminium specialists, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc...) are used on our client's projects. All the while we perform close project oversight ensuring that everything goes to plan.
Finishes Costing and Scheduling
Finishes are the final details of a project. These include the choice of flooring, lighting, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and windows. It is during this stage of a project that budgets become overstressed and clients become frustrated.
We offer a detailed breakdown of each element of these components of the build including giving our clients a broad selection of materials and qualities to choose from and individually costing both the material itself and its installation.
Few architects provide this service to their clients but we feel that is a necessity in curtailing any possible budgetary overruns. This gives our clients peace of mind.
Project Management and Oversight
Though this is not a prerequisite to every project we advise our clients that appointing us to oversee the build is the best way to ensure that the most desired outcome is achieved.
Project Feasibility Analysis
When it to comes to larger residential and commercial projects. It becomes necessary to crunch the numbers and ensure that whatever is built is financially viable, not only in terms of costs but in terms of potential earnings. We can provide our clients with a basic analysis of these facets of larger builds. However, should they request it they are also afforded the opportunity of having a full project feasibility analysis drawn up by one of the specialist quantity surveyors with which we work.
3D Rendering, Walkthroughs and Visualization
We pride ourselves on using the latest 3D rendering and walkthrough technology on all of our projects. this allows our client to get a hyperrealistic idea of exactly what their finished project will look and feel like.
