What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people, starting up a professional yet personal relationship to ensure whoever we try help actually starts living life and not doing life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The idea was proposed to me by my Brother in Law, we did the relevant research and decided to give the idea a go.
After meeting my first couple of candidates and clients I realised that this is definitely what I want to do, I want to help people whether they have applied for a post through us or simply need help or just talk about the frustrations of life or the job hunting process.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are registered with the Department of Labour as required by law, secondly we are small enough to give both Candidates and Clients personal service.
We screen all applications manually as not to miss a potential gem just because their CV wasn't ATS compliant, where possible we meet up with every applicant that meets the skills and experience as set out in the initial brief received.
Lastly we will not waste your time be sending through CV's for candidates that do not meet your brief, the same applies for Candidates.
Recruitment
Pure Placements was born out of the frustration of being on both sides of the "employment cycle".
On one side we had the frustration of applying for positions and not receiving any feedback, and on the other the frustration of dealing with recruiters not fulfilling their mandates to provide fully vetted qualified candidates.
So in short - we want to be the best at helping YOU choose the correct career path, not the biggest. Don't settle for just being a number.
We are fully compliant with regards to the Labour Relations Act , meet all the requirements of the act and are a registered with the Department of Labour as a Private Employment Agency.
