About

PropMan lead the property management sector since our humble beginning in 1992 by providing superior levels of service combined with high ethical standards. Due to the above we have institutional knowledge of Act nr. 66 of 1971 and 95 of 1986 which provides us with an intimate knowledge of group housing in South Africa, right from the very beginning.

We are proud founding members of NAMA where our managing director served on the national executive. We are also founding members of the precursor to NAMA, the Sectional Title Forum where our Managing Director served as Chairman for some time.

We believe in complete transparency by giving our Scheme Executives full viewing rights of the live accounting system, including the complete ledger and cashbook. View access to the current account, in name of the Scheme, is available on request. We make use of automatic importing of bank statements to minimizes risk of incorrect capture of receipts, and secure exporting directly into the banking system to prevent fraudulent transactions.

We are the first to admit that in a post Covid world we do not have all the answers, but with creative thinking and planning based on scientific evidence we lead the way in planning and assisting our clients. As an example we already offer mobile PA systems to facilitate social distancing with physical meetings and we offer 800 m2 at our offices where we can accommodate up to 250 Owners whilst also maintaining physical distancing.

We believe that our philosophy of protecting the Scheme Executives by ensuring strict compliance with the relevant statutes are vital not only to the Executives but to the Owners as well. Corporate Governance is maintained and evaluated yearly by our Auditors.
