Depending on the project, a brief design questionnaire will be sent to client.

OUR CREATIVE PROCESS MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Step 1 (Consultation): In this initial stage of starting a new project, all relevant information needs to be acquired from the client before we begin the planning or production process. In normal circumstances, our client liaison will meet/ contact you, the client to fully understand the brief, then put together a comprehensive project plan. Approval of the plan would be requested from yourself as client. After approval, the Account Executive will liaise with relevant in-house team and manage the project from start to finish while making sure that each milestone is met. A formal budget and contract may also be drawn up and agreed upon by both parties.

Step 2 (Defining Project & Deliverables): We work to define the key elements of your project: ROI goals, logistics, competitive intelligence, production variables, deadlines and budget. We will agree upon the service to be provided for, project scope, workflow milestones and deadlines.

Step 3 (Research, Plan & Production): We will begin our design and development process by thoroughly studying your provided materials, documenting and reflecting upon meetings, and performing additional research as needed. Both electronic and traditional mock-ups, sketches and/or models may be produced, keeping both the creative ideas of our team and those of your own close to the core of our development process.

Step 4 (Printing, Delivery & After Sale Support): After all preliminary design work and process has reached its fullest potential, the client will be provided with project deliverables to close our process out and fulfill the production contract. These include source artwork, as well as print and web-ready digital files ready for publishing.

A design questionnaire would give all information needed. For example, for logo design below are some questions we may need answers for:
1. Please describe your company. What type of products/services do you/will you provide?
2. Describe your direct competition; provide addresses to their websites if available.
3. Describe your target market, gender, age, geography.
4. Do you want your logo to include text only, text and graphic, or graphic only? etc.
