Pilates At Home offers private Pilates classes to our clients in the comfort of their homes. We provide both in-person and online classes personalised to our client's needs. We also offer corporate Pilates classes in the workplace.

What do you love most about your job?
Our trainers love to share their love for Pilates with their clients and help them improve their health, fitness and quality of life!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We saw an increasing demand for private Pilates classes at home from individuals that were unable to go to a studio. These included pregnant ladies and new moms, the elderly and those requiring rehabilitation post-surgery or injury.
Why should our clients choose you?
We offer convenience and privacy so you won't need to deal with the discomfort of keeping up with or comparing your self to others in a class. You are on your own journey and we tailor our classes specifically to your personal needs and goals!

Yes, we can. In addition to our in-person private classes, we also offer online classes via Zoom. All you need is an internet connection, a smart device and an exercise mat!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have always maintained strict sanitary guidelines even prior to Covid-19 because our trainers travel to client's homes. Mats and props are always sanitized pre and post every session. In addition, our trainers are required to wear masks, maintain social distancing, avoid physically adjusting clients and focus primarily on verbal cueing.
We also offer online classes for those who prefer not to have in-person sessions. You will receive the same benefit of personal attention as you would with an in-person trainer.
Online Pilates Classes
A private online class with your own dedicated instructor that will join you via a live zoom meeting guiding you through the repertoire at your level and pace.
Our rates are per session:
30-Minute Private: R150
50-Minute Private: R 275
50-Minute Duet: R375
Mobile (In-Person) Pilates Classes
Our instructors travel to you and train you in the comfort of your home. We offer Private, Duet, Trio and Quad options. Mats and equipment are provided for your convenience.
Our rates are per session and vary based on your location:
Private: R300 - R450
Duet: R400 - R550
Trio: R525 - R690
Quad: R600 - R760
We currently serve Johannesburg, Cape Town and Pretoria.
