We recently started coaching again with Pieter after a break of a few years. We chose to do so as we implemented much of his training and insight from the past that really ensured we survived the tumultuous Covid crisis and related tough years and now want to take our business to the next level.
Pieter really cares about those he coaches, building a close and trusted relationship. What do you love most about your job?
I love working with Senior Executives and their teams to ensure that we get the best out of the team members and ensure that the Company strategy is clear and aligned.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Fifteen years ago I decided to quit my Executive role in a major FMCG Company to start my own Business and Executive Coaching Firm. I wanted to impact businesses beyond the one that I was privileged to work for, to master my own destiny, build wealth whilst having the flexibility to work with who I chose to work with and spend more time with my wife and three daughters at the time. Today, all my kids are out of the home and have entered the big wide world.

With around 28 years of Business and Leadership experience, 15 years of which I have built a successful Business and Executive Coaching Firm in Southern Africa, I know what it takes to operate at Executive level in the corporate world. A strong value system, rooted in my faith, I work with clients to help them build generational businesses, teams and wealth.

I am able to do both. One- to - one meetings can be done virtually, however, I prefer working with teams in a live ( face to face ) session.

Very flexible with this. I will comply with all requirements that my clients may need of me.
