Our counselling sessions had become an activity I looked forward to , as each session revealed aspects of my hidden and wounded self, the overall experience of talking about my emotions revealed how justI would impact my future self.
This was a massive revamp for me!

PG, my biggest takeaway from this 21 Day Challenge was reconstructing my Thought Life, as it is so innately true, that what you think, you become!
I found myself humbled by the entire experience of meeting my inner child,m within this challenge -  the revelations that came from that, brought a profound healing and closure on my journey.

I met PG on a day that was a very low point in my marriage. Even though I am an introvert and normally do not share much with strangers, PG almost instantly got me to open up and talk to him.

Within a few short minutes, he understood what the problem was, managed to map a way forward, and made me feel better!

That was the start of several meetings with him. He also started working with my husband, and in short, performed a miracle in our lives.

We now understand ourselves and each other far better and have a much happier relationship. We are still learning, and stumble from time to time, but we know PG will always be willing to guide us if and when we need it.

As senior citizens, it was difficult to think that online coaching and counselling actually works.

After going through the entire process with PG, I can confidently say it was the easiest, smoothest and best thing we have ever done! It was completely hassle-free and convenient.

PG gave me the opportunity of a willing ear and helped me gain perspective on my problems.

My husband and I really struggled with communication in our relationship and my husband had a massive struggle with a lack of self-esteem.

My husband was extremely unwilling to participate in any coaching or counselling, but PG managed to make the unthinkable happen!

PG managed to convince my husband to participate not only in sessions, but to complete the 21-Day Challenge, as well! My husband really gave his best while doing each day's challenge, and I never thought this would be possible.

Before I met PG, I had a problem with my anger and was abusive towards my wife and kids.

I used to drink a lot and was just plain rude.

Both my marriage and my life were in total turmoil, I had no control over my emotions or actions.

I searched online for a counsellor to talk to and to help me, and that is where I came across PG Paradigm who was willing to help me with my situation.

We started a few 1 on 1 sessions and he gave me self-belief and taught me how to learn to love myself.

I then started with my 21 day challenge, and boy oh boy, reality really hit me hard. This challenge brought out emotions that I had never experienced before.

It made me a better human being within myself and towards my family.

There is still a lot of work to do, but I believe with the help and support that PG gave me, I'm going from strength to strength.

My wife and I do still argue, but because of the help that I got from PG, we are able to find common ground and I can safely say I'm doing better in just being able to apologise.

I am really thankful for PG's guidance and support, my family and my home are a better place, were we now treat each other with respect and love.

For a man in my family to admit I had a problem is unheard of, but thanks to PG, I am in a better place and mindspace.
