Most ants are scavengers and will carry away almost anything from bird droppings to cookie crumbs, they nest outside and come inside to look for food and water. To solve an ant problem, you need to first eliminate the ones you don't see to get rid of the ones you do see.

Treatment plan:
The poison doesn’t kill the ants on contact as they must carry away the poison into the nest to the queen. You have to feed the colony to wipe it out.

Roof rats are superb, agile climbers and prefer to both travel and forage for food above-ground. They can run along tree branches, vines, dense shrubbery, and utility lines.
But don't be fooled into thinking that these are the only ways they can use to access a house - they're also known to travel on the ground in areas where there's a dense cover, enough to make them feel safe. And they're great swimmers too.
Treatment plan:
We first have to do a proper site inspection to determine where the rats gain access to the premises or into the roof cavity. From there we implement the best course of action.
We mainly use a “pet-friendly” poison to prevent any secondary poisoning to dogs, cats, or owls in the area.

Harvester termites can do extensive damage to lawns in particular and flower beds because they feed on dead and living plants like grasses, leaves, twigs, and seedlings. A single queen can lay up to 25 000 eggs per day.

Treatment plan:
We use a granular bait to control Harvester Termites. We will scatter a portion of the granular bait (5kg) and show the client/gardener how to repeat the treatment within 3 to 6 months.

Subterranean Termites are wood-destroying insects capable of damaging structural timbers, including posts, floor supports, ceiling supports & subfloors. Termites also can damage non-structural components, including drywall, panelling, laminate floors, skirtings, carpets, wooden ornaments, and furniture.
A termite nest can be ± 290m² & 8+m deep (or bigger) and the queen can be anywhere in this nest. She can’t move and produces eggs day & night. Once the queen has been eliminated, the nest will be eliminated.

Treatment plan:
During the treatment, we drill 18mm holes from outside into the foundation, through the foundation wall, at a 45º angle to get to the soil in the foundation. We pump in 5L of poison into each hole and seal it off afterward. Leaving the area as close to the original appearance as possible. We drill every meter and pump in the poison, to poison as much of the soil on the outer perimeter of the building.
We provide a 3 - 5 year guarantee depending on the area treated.

First I want to let you know that bed bugs do not discriminate and it’s quite difficult to eliminate them without the knowledge and correct solutions.
Bed bugs can exist singly, but tend to congregate once established. Once a bed bug finishes feeding, it relocates to a place close to a known host, commonly in or near beds or couches in clusters of adults, juveniles, and eggs - These places can vary greatly in format, including luggage, inside of vehicles, within furniture, amongst bedside clutter- even inside electrical sockets and nearby laptop computers.
Bedbugs can be transferred from one room to another or one apartment to another in the seams of the person's clothing, spreading the critters from bed to couch, etc.

This is a time-consuming treatment and the technicians have been instructed to take their time and not to rush.

We treat all areas of the building: bedrooms, passages, bathrooms, living rooms, etc. In these areas we treat: the ceilings, cornices, walls, cupboards – inside & outside, headboards, matrasses, bases, linen & pillows on the bed, skirtings, carpets, bed side tables, other furniture, suitcases, dustbins, etc.
