What do you love most about your job?
Transforming an existing property from its current state to something functional and adding value through true beauty and client satisfaction. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing a client when the project is complete and you can share there joyment with them. I believe each project must be done if it is your own and then your work will be a real reflection of pride and joy in what we do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always worked for myself and been in the paving industry for 22 years. I enjoy doing my own thing and take responsibility for all my projects by doing what I promise. Pavetime always delivers no matter what challenges we might face through proper communication which is key to any contractor and client relationship.
