I took 7 of my staff out for lunch, waited over an hour for us to all get our cooldrinks, I ordered a coke light, they didn't have so the waiter just didn't bring me anything an never told me until I asked where my coldrink was. my wife asked for normal 5 roses tea, she was brought earl grey when she said it's not what she ordered waiter brought a berry tea. My main course was incorrect when brought to me, when I handed it back I wasn't offered a replacement. took another 45 min after main course for dessert to arrive. No apologies. So sad as this used to be one of the best restaurants in Port Elizabeth. More...

What’s your signature dish?
We have several, but as the our name suggest, we do Austria-German-European cuisine, of which the Zuricher Geschnetzeltes, German Pot Roast and our Chicken Schnitzel proof most popular. We are however doing cuisine as dictated to by local guest requests and requirements.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We work with and listen to our clients through feedback.
