What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to find hope and direction in life. Sometimes life can get hard but with enough time, skills to empower yourself and the right Counsellor to journey with you, healing does come and you will find your rhythm again!
Why should our clients choose you?
Wendy specializes in all things people! She is a registered Organisational Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa and is also a certified Counsellor and Coach. Further to this, she is Enneagram accredited and draws on her knowledge and expertise of human behaviour, personality and motivation as key levers when counselling and coaching her clients.

Counselling
We specialize in all things people and will successfully help you to develop coping mechanisms and skills to effectively deal with feelings of depression, anxiety, being overwhelmed, struggling to find meaning and purpose in life, self-esteem issues, self-defeating patterns and perhaps where you are feeling stuck and unworthy. We offer Individual and Couples/Marriage Counselling. Face-to-face and online sessions available.
