Ntombi was very kind and accommodative. I would only suggest that she considers holding the sessions in a different space that isn’t her home as that was quite a distraction (for both of us) in my experience. We’re both grateful for her input.

I walked into this new journey of consulting a therapist when I was really at my lowest point and Ntombi held my hand through it all. I was really uncomfortable at first because the idea of having a therapist was totally foreign to me but she reassured me and I started warming up as the sessions progressed.
